    Eaton Corporation, in Pune, Maharastra ,India Office, has an immediate opening for a Finance Analyst to provide Forecast & Profit Plan support, training & administration for the DFT System, as well as to provide support for routine financial reporting and analysis requirements of the Industrial Sector.

    The position will include training system users, communicating with customers in a global enterprise, working with large volumes of financial data, and providing routine technical support. It also entails providing finance and accounting support for both routine monthly planning & reporting activities as well as for discrete planned and ad hoc projects.

    Responsibilities also include :

    •Preparation and analysis of Industrial Sector financial data related to rolling forecasts, profit plans, operating reviews, and monthly results
    •Finance and accounting project special assignments and ad hoc support for the Industrial Sector Finance Team
    •Industrial Sector SOX team support, including participating in on-site operations control validation audits in APAC and performing balance sheet review validations and other internal control-related activities
    •Acquire & maintain a complete understanding of the Dynamic Forecasting System
    •Provide Forecast System Administrative & Customer Support during Forecast and Profit Plan cycles
    •Identify and Resolve Routine Customer and Administrative issues
    •Respond to Customer Demands for added Functionality with Effective Solutions
    •Analyze and Measure Customer and Administrative Performance
    •Develop and improve Forecasting and Planning Methods and Procedures
    •Develop and improve Administrative and Maintenance Methods and Procedures
    •Lead Training and Development of Customer Base
    •Initiate System Development and Improvement efforts
    •Assist in routine System Maintenance and Upgrades
    •Degree in Finance or Accounting, Computer Science

    Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements :

    •Minimum of Five years of experience with Financial and Computer Systems
    •Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills
    •Excellent Inter-Personal, Communication and Teaching skills
    •Ability to interact with a Geographically and Culturally Diverse Customer base
    •Thorough understanding of Accountancy, Corporate Policies, Corporate Procedures and Systems.
    •Solid General understanding of Computer Systems and Database Software
    •PC / Technical Skills and Experience with Microsoft Office Products

    Working for AR process. This process deal with claiming vat of the invoices which are raised for NHS. The work consists of analyzing copies of the vat invoices, prepare the journal entries for the recoverable invoices and file the vat returns

    • To ensure that reports and balances are downloaded on time
    • To ensure that returns are delivered as per the SLA
