    Profile for Open Position :

    The position will be responsible for continuous improvements in HR function. The Key Job Areas will be as below :
    • Maintain HR database; Ensure data integrity in all HR related databases;
    • Make monthly HR reports like headcount report, HR metrics report, organization chart, etc;
    • Partner with HR Manager to implement all Eaton established HR processes and polices, including annual merit planning; APEX, employee survey, E-Star, Compensation Survey, EPWP, Data Integrity Audit etc.;
    • Manage new employee onboard procedures and termination formalities;
    • Be responsible for employment contract management, including new labor contract signing, renew and etc.
    • Manage monthly payroll, and ensure monthly salary and social benefit account accuracy and on-time payment;
    • Manage employee attendance, maintain leave record for Sales and Marketing organization;
    • Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements related to HR
    • Support sales incentive rollout;
    • Maintenance of employee Hand book;
    • Maintain and keep employee personnel files
    • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
    Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements Education - Degree / Diploma in Human resource management.

    Experience - 3 to 5 years in HR function management.

    Knowledge and skills
    • Be familiar with local HR related policies / regulations.
    • Good spoken and writing English skills;
    • Good computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT);
    • Highly motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
    • Should be able to maintain confidentiality and detailed oriented.
    • Ability to multitask and respond rapidly to urgent requests.
