Jeya Video was originally commenced by Jeyarajan Ponnuchchamy in Toronto on August 1987. Since then Jeya Video Inc. has been serving clients for about 22 years. The company which was originally started with a single employee has grown up to nearly 20 employees presently and still growing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

# Designs and creates original motion graphics and visual effects, using Adobe Creative Suite applications, specifically After Effects, Photoshop and Encore
# Edits video programs with Premiere Pro to create compelling, high-end videos for multi-platform delivery, including TV, DVD and BLUE-RAY distribution.
# Encodes audio and video programs using compression hardware and software tools in Quick time, Windows Media, MP4, and MP3 file formats.
# Works closely with Senior Editor to ensure effective post-production workflow of multiple projects.
# Acts as a mentor to video production staff, providing creative solutions and editorial and technical feedback.
# Helps implement and maintain project tracking tools and databases associated with post-production activities.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in video editing.
