Job Responsibilities : (NEFT PROCESS)
Uploading data received from the vendor for the neft files picked up from branches to be sent to RBI for clearing.
Uploading Neft Inward file in bank software (finacle)
Uploading file in only pbc & other remove.
Uploading file successfully then Athorisation & Confirmation is regulatoraly.
AXIS Bank Ltd in service branch through 'Seven’s ‘ Banking' consultancy .

Job Responsibilities :

- Processing of high value outward clearing cheques that includes inputting cheques in
bank software (Finacle)
- Tallying high value cheques before dispatching to RBI for dropping in respective
banks boxes.
- Processing of high value inward clearing cheques picked up from RBI drawn
- Axis bank tallying the total number & amount of physical cheques received with RBI
on data.
- Inputting cheques in the respective zones and debiting the respective a/c’s.
INWARD CLEARING- :

- Uploading data in finacle, sorting of physical instrument.
- Checking if the correct a/c & amount debited.
OUTWARD CLEARING- :

- Uploading data received from the vendor for the cheques picked up from branches to be sent to RBI for clearing.
- Generating reports for further verification if the credit is going to correct a/c.
- Tallying of credit received from RBI with the uploaded data in finacle.
- In case of discrepancy follow up with the vendor.

RETURNS CLEARING- :

Tallying of inward returns cheques and marking the same in bank software taking care that
correct a/c is debited.
Previously worked with Dave Counsultancy Services as a Account Assistant for 1 year

- Pan form checking & submitted.
- ITR file Recorded to report & Submitted to branch.
