Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited a leading Mini Ratna
Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Railway, invites applications for the
following post to be filled on Direct Recruitment basis :

Company Secretary (AGM/ JGM/ DGM scale of pay)

Compensation package :-
IDA Pay Scale for E-6 (AGM) grade – Rs. 36,600-62,000/-
IDA Pay Scale for E-5 (JGM) grade – Rs. 32,900-58,000/-.
IDA Pay Scale for E-4 (DGM) grade – Rs. 29,100-54,500/-.

The total approx. CTC would be Rs 9.4 lakhs approx for DGM grade, Rs 10.55
lakhs approx for JGM grade or Rs 11.64 lakhs approx for AGM grade. The
elected candidate will be paid Dearness Allowance (DA) and other admissible
perks and allowances limited to 50% of basic pay which will be payable as per
the rules of IRCTC depending upon the place of posting. In addition leased
accommodation (in lieu of HRA), Indoor Medical facilities etc are also admissible
as per the rules of IRCTC.

NATIONALITY/ CITIZENSHIP : A candidate must be a citizen of India

SELECTION PROCEDURE : The selection for the posts will be on the
basis of qualification, experience & performance of the candidate in the
interview.

PROBATION : The candidates selected against direct recruitment will be
on probation for a period of one year during which their performance will be
reviewed periodically.
