Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
*Design and process drawings including related design works from proposal inception to the completion of project.
*Involve in design, process of drawings and other drafting tasks for all types of unit handling conveyors and systems.
*Perform the engineering calculation to assist in verify/justify design concept & application, create BOM or part list, calculate materials and parts for projects.
*Provide design concepts and proposals up to semi-customize projects, to communicate with sales/customers to gather information or organize project meeting if necessary.
*Assist in checking drawings, provide technical skill, sharing knowledge and experiences with all.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Knowledge of 2D/3D mechanical designing using AutoCAD.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Pahat.
* Willing to travel customer's site at short notice.
* Able to work under pressure and independently.
* Good command of spoken and written English language & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Ability to speak Mandarin an added advantage.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Project : Dynamic analysis of shaft for a Vibrating screen Oct 2010 – Apr 2011
Client : Bevcon Wayors Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad

Description
The main aim of the project is to design the solid models of shaft and the assembled parts of inclined vibrating screen using SolidWorks 2010. This model is taken to ANSYS and vibration analysis is carried out to show whether the shaft is safe or is any failure.
Role
- Worked with SolidWorks to develop solid models.
- Performed ‘Vibration analysis’ of shaft in ANSYS.
- Evaluated the results.

Project : Design and Fabrication of Horizontal Post Jig using PRO-E V4 Dec 2007 – Feb 2008
Client : Venkateshwara engineering works., Hyderabad
Role : CAD Designer Team Size -3
Description
The aim of the project is to design and manufacture a post jig. The main parts in this jig are locator, bushes, face plate, body. The locator guides the cutting tool to pass through without any human errors. This jig is used to hold the circular work pieces in the vertical position for the purpose of drilling. Production and was done in Central Institute of Tool Design.
Role
- Designed 3D models of post Jig using PRO-E.
- Manufactured prototype using the solid models of PRO-E.

Project : Determination of type of fluid flow. 1 Month (Internal Project)
Client : Hi-tech College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad
Role : CAD Designer Team Size -3
Description
It’s an experiment conducted to show different types of fluid flows. Reynold’s apparatus is used to find the Reynold’s number which gives the type of flow whether it is Laminar, Transition or turbulent flow., where water is taken as fluid element.
