Roles and Responsibilities :
** Conducting various test of material at project site laboratory and certifying the compliance as per IS codes.
** Handling of client queries with respect to Quality control and Quality Assurance of the construction activities at site
** Testing the product (concrete, asphalt, etc) as per test plans and inspecting the construction material relieved at site.
** Maintaining lab / field test reports, statistical records and documentation of testing processes.
** Interaction with the client / consultants regarding material selection / testing / mix design approval.
** Laying down work procedures to ensure that quality of construction is maintained at all times
** Continuous monitoring of all activities and pinpointing for variances if any.
** Preparation and updating of Quality Manual and implementation of the same.
** Performing researches at site to improve the quality and develop new materials.

Desired Profile :
D.C.E/B.Tech/BE-Civil with 3 to 8 years of similar experience in the quality aspects of construction company. Knowledge of all the IS codes & various testing methodology used in the field is of prime importance. Good command of oral/written English expected.
