    Lilliput is currently growing @ 88.5% YOY. In FY 06-07 the revenue generated from exports was Rs 111 crores and from retail it was Rs 71 crores. Lilliput's vision is based on strong partnerships and rewarding associations with Private equity fund INDIVISION, a financial arm of Future group. This reflects the company's commitments towards growth and expansion. There is a large set up of 8 manufacturing units in New Delhi & NCR with 3,000 machines producing 6,00,000 units per month. According to a recent study conducted, out of the total Indian population, 30% are under the age of 12. The market for Kids apparel in India exceeds Rs. 14,000 crore, of which Rs. 3,000 crore is constituted by branded kids wear.

    Job Description :
    Sales Target Achievement - to ensure that monthly, weekly & daily sales
    -Targets are communicated to the staff & synergistic efforts are made as a team for subsequent achievement.
    -Stock Replenishment/Inventory Management: - Stock verification, pilferage control.

    -Staff Management: - to lead, motivate & retain store staff & maintain a positive work environment.

    -Visual Merchandising: - to ensure that store visual merchandising is maintained as per the season's theme

    -Store Maintenance: - to ensure that the store is properly maintained in terms of cleanliness, fixtures etc.MIS: - submission of MIS reports as per guidelines.

    -Customer Service & Customer interaction: - understand customer requirements & give necessary feedback to Head Office.

    -Marketing Initiatives: - to proactively participate in sales promotion schemes, ensure proper implementation & execution. To forward verified customer database to the customer care Department for the smooth implementation of the customer loyalty program
