· To take order from the guests for Food and Beverage.
· To punch KOT for the order taken with the Name of the banquet room And Name of the party.
· To up-sell the product as directed by the Banquet Manager.
· Reporting to Manager- Service.
· Knowledge of ids.
· Closing of shifts, changing meal period.
· Preparing required reports for Food, Beverage.
· Settlement of bills through cash or credit card.
· Responsible for assisting the team into overall efficient and smooth running of the F & B Service Dept for achieving consistent excellent service.
· Responsible for working in close collaboration with members of the hotel executive committee, departmental heads and all other employees maintaining harmony and relations all time.
· To be very polite even while attending any complaints over food quality/ service.

· HSC from St.Mary’s college Kundapur
