- Daily meet the AMSC ,CAMC & WARRANTY Customers by phone and resolving their engine problems by deputing our Service Engineers.
- Indus towers ltd. having CAMC with our organization for Chennai & Rotn (Register Of Tamil Nadu) circle for totally around 500 DG sites. Preparing the PM planner for all sites by every month.PM schedule will be plan accordingly 90 days once for each DG in Chennai circle & 60 days once in Rotn circle.
- Guiding our service engineers to make a smooth relationship with the customer.
- Guiding our service engineers to reduce the complaints in CAMC,AMSC engines.
- Made the customer satisfaction by Deputing our service engineers to the complaints as per their trained capacity & resolve the complaints at earliest.
- Opening the Service Request in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by using Oracle Software.
