Job Summary :

This role is perfect for a bright, self-motivated, technology guru with a passion for developing innovative online products. As Product Development Manager, you will develop and implement new business ideas through technology. You will be expected to be very hands-on and competent with technical work - guiding your team along the full implementation cycle from beginning to end. You must be confident in researching, understanding and implementing newer technologies. You must also be creative, analytical, and able to respond quickly and effectively to bottlenecks or other problems.

Responsibilities :
* Translate business requirements into systems design.
* Support the application roadmap for the future and direction of the product.
* Deliver flawless changes to the product and associated applications in support of client requirements.
* Challenge business design and offer creative alternatives when appropriate.
* Help deliver on cost reduction targets.
* Effectively manage risk to ensure;
* Compliance to regulatory and mandatory policies
* Audit findings and Issue Assurances are fully addressed
* Provide mentoring on best practices and processes to engineering team
* Establish high, mid and micro level plans for the engineering team.
* Proactively manage all the appropriate product components.
* Anticipate issues & risks and work towards resolving them; readily escalate issues when necessary.
* The team Business Continuity Plan (BCP) supports the BCP and supporting the successful invocation of that plan in the event of a disaster.
* Effectively manage resources to ensure;
* Appropriate capabilities within the teams are maintained and developed
* Performance is differentiated, recognizing staff appropriately in line with a high performing organization
* An environment for continuous improvement
* The team is motivated and have ongoing commitment to the application product
* An environment conducive to change is maintained
* Interfacing with internal stakeholders and the appropriate technology officers

Skills Required :
* B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech,M.Sc from a premier institute, Masters preferred.
* 8+ years of strong hands-on development experience in MS Technologies including .Net, with at least 2 years experience architecting them.
* Proven track record and strong experience in complete product cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, QA and maintenance.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity and innovation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
* Bonus points for previous start-up experience including experience in the US Healthcare domain.
* Has a good grasp of emerging technologies.
* Can describe key aspects of strategic systems and technology development plans.
* Can describe existing product usage across all major functions/departments and has a comprehensive grasp of emerging technologies.
* Can add value to business by suggesting changes / revised use of application.

PROJECT:
TITE: Microcontroller based remote Control of Stepper Motor by Celluar Phone.
Description:
Microcontroller based remote control of stepper motor by cellular phone the position and motion or speed of the stepper motor is controlled by existing telephone lines. The microcontroller is the main controlling device the governs all the operation in this project. Microcontroller receives the input from Duel Tone Multifrequency (DTMF) decoder. The various operation performed in this project are starting stopping of the motor and to run the motor in desired speed both in forward and reverse direction and run in steps in steps. The operation are performed by Microcontroller through stepper derive circuit which is connected to the stepper motor .
