Job Title: Technical Architect – Software

Job Description
- Responsible for system level architecture/design decisions and large scale distributed systems.
- Evaluate and compare competitive solutions and technologies for solving software problems.
- Owner of the system design and ensuring reusability of components.
- Work on high availability and load balancing aspects of the system.
- Evaluating new frameworks as might be relevant to the execution of projects.
- Have good idea of performance tuning and scalability required for software systems.
- Implement best practices/design patterns and continuously coach/mentor team members.
- Evaluate new requirements/features and impact on the existing architecture/design.
- Assess the reusability of components and propagate the same to different products within the organization.
- Contribute to the knowledge sharing across organization.
- Implementing monitoring process to know the health of production systems.
- Experience with extreme programming (XP) and agile development practices a plus.
- Experience of high traffic systems a plus.

Desired Profile
- B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science) from reputed institute (preferably IIT, REC)
- Atleast 7 yrs. of experience in the industry and successfully implemented projects from initial stages.

Technology:
- Preferably Java, PHP, mySQL, Oracle
- Good Object-Oriented Programming experience
- Willingness to work on new technologies
Functional Area: IT Software - (Application Programming / Maintenance)
Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
PG - Post Graduation Not Required.
