Project Title : “PARTICLE SIZE REDUCTION IN CRYSTALILZATION”.
Role : I have taken extensive role in the manufacturing of 'Migrane
Product’ and also taken the task in implementing to designing a
condenser and a fractionating column for the cost effective,
efficient product with specified 'Tap-Density’s' with constant
'Particle Size'. I was assigned the task to find an 'alternate route'
for the particle size reduction within the batch production record
given by the RND department. I took the responsibility, and the
trial batches, with technical work sheet of my findings on
different batches 'conclusion' In this activity I took the task of
making a complete batch production record in the manufacturing
of 'Sumatriptan' as an antimigrane with constant particle size.
This project report was presented by me before the senior
Engineer and I was appreciated for my best presentation and
Valuable inputs for this project work.
