Job Description
For our Vadodara office, we are looking for a software QC person / Tester to perform manual testing of our desktop, client server and browser based applications and perform data analysis.

Responsibilities include:
1) Manual testing of applications for new developments, enhancements and changes of existing ones.
2) Review and testing of clients' databases; other functions in regards to clients and users set up.
3) Providing data analysis to clients and data error check to various departments within the company; creating custom reports in MS Excel.
4) Quality control of all company's deliverables to the clients (such as automated and manually created reports in Excel and PowerPoint).
5) Providing assistance to our data collection by gathering the requested information on the web.
6) Accurately documenting and reporting the results to QC Manager.
7) Defining test plans and test strategies in coordination with the development team and QC Manager.
8) Following defined standards, procedures, and instructions.
9) Contributing to continuous improvement of test standards, process, procedure and methodology across all test areas to ensure reliability, dependability and stability of the applications and eliminate possible/repeated errors and bugs.

Desired Candidate Profile
Position requires:
1) A bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience in manual testing of applications and data analysis
2) Strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of MS SQL will be an added advantage.
3) Good English communication skills
4) Hours may include early morning/late evening and some weekends.
