AS CONTROLS ENGINEER:
- Developing site-specific IO list, Application software & Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) Screens for GE Gas Turbine control systems like Mark*VI & Mark*VIe using configuration tools like Toolbox, ToolboxST & Cimpilicity.
- Developing site-specific Bill of Material for Controls equipment.
- For successful First Fire support and resolving field issues.
- Taking the plant to Base load and shutting down without any issues.

Notable Accomplishments;
- Successfully completed Gas Requisition for 2 Units of 7EA Frame GR1110 (Firebag 4 – USA), 2 Units of 7FA Frame GR1127 (Fort Strain- USA), 2 Units of 9FA Frame GR1081 (Hitachi- OSAKA Gas -Japan), 4 Units of 9FA Fame GR1111 (Jingzian -China), 2 Units of 9FA Frame GR1112 (Hengmen- China), 2 Units of 7FA Frame GR1101 (Kennedy -USA) and 2 Units of 7FA Frame GF1198 (Xcel Energy - USA) and holding the ownership of these projects which comprises of sending the BOM for Hardware (Panel and HMI Equipments), Software, Screens with completely integrated validation done at my end.

- Successfully First Fired 2 Units of Heavy Duty 7FA Frame GF1198 (Xcel Energy - USA) and 2 Units of 7FA Frame GR1101 (Kennedy -USA) with out any issues by providing remote support for all site issues like HMI configuration, Panel power up and customer queries.

- Successfully completed KKS tagging for 1 unit of 9FB Frame GR1049-Amercour, which was a special requirement from customer. The KKS tagging aid the customer in easier identification of field devices supplied by GE.
- My DMP Idea (Standardization of 9FA SS Panel Layout and Panel reapplication) which will have GE business a benefit of approximately $250K is in pipeline for implementation.
- As a part of QMS- ISO certification for GE Energy HTC, contributed as a SPOC for EP Units Team in achieving the certification.

ACHEIVEMENTS and AWARDS and RECOGNITIONS

- Won “Dinner for Two” award for successful execution of GR1112 (Hengmen- China) and for achieving the NORM (New Order Review Meeting) ownership by leading the HTC team for Panel ordering
- Won “Say Thanks” award for conducting CFM (Controls Finalization Meeting) with Customer (2 Units of 9FA SS GR1139-Surgut and 1 Units of 7EA GR1192-Pangyo-Korea) and clearing the customer queries on scope split for Hardware and Software for controls point of view.
- Recognized with various IOIs (Item Of Importance) in the HTC monthly News Letter and Global News Letter for my contributions to Team and Business like First Fire Support, Customer Meeting, Compliance certification Process, Lean Workout in current GE process for increasing the productivity, etc.,
