    Job Title : Head Site Operation

    Job Description :
    - Map product / project requirements to hardware purchases and existing architectures.
    - Capacity planning.
    - Ensure scalability, reliability, maintenance and speedy recovery of all data and systems.
    - Ensure very high uptime and 24/7 availability.
    - Setup the right processes and tools to monitor performance and uptime of all systems.
    - Setup, lead, and manage software control management and deployment.
    - Release processes for testing, staging and production environments.
    Desired Profile :
    - Experience in managing technical operations for highly available 24x7 production environments
    - Strong experience in Software Control Management best practices, technologies and processes
    - 7 to 10 years of experience , 2-3 in handling similar responsibilities
    - Knowledge of network topologies, protocols, and tools
    - Knowledge of Unix/Linux performance tuning, experience with large-scale web sites / applications
    - Knowledge of source control systems such CVS, SVN
    - Knowledge of Databases and architectures MySQL would be a plus
    - Knowledge of Network storage would be an added advantage.
    Experience : 8 – 15 years
