    Job Description :
    * Financial plans, budgets and managing efficient financial forecasting.
    * Preparation of project reports.
    * Preparation of financial projections with the strategic long-term plans.
    * Preparation of cash flows, budgeting exercise for finance department, monthly submission of reports to management.
    * Preparation of business models and project specific financial models to be presented to banks/FI’s and investors
    * Preparation of information memorandum’s for the projects, which are to be presented to banks /FI’s.
    * Making short term goals with the strategic vision for business while working on the ways to improve the profitability & achieving efficiency.
    * Liasioning with Banks/Financial institutions/other Agencies.
    * Business Planning. Should be well conversant with various rules & regulation of RBI, FEMA, SEBI and other regulatory bodies

    Desired Profile :
    * Should be CA/MBA (Finance)
    * Proficient in preparation of Project reports.
    * Preferably 1-2 years in budgets/ financial projections.
    * Should have hands on experience in preparation of proposals for Banks & FI’s for raising of resources.
    * Monitoring of budgets.
    * Experience in finalizing of quarterly/ Annual Budgets/MIS.
    * Matching of projects related inflow/ outflow.
    * Interaction and coordination with other departments/legal firms for finalization of documents.
    * Impeccable written and oral English.
