    Job Description :

    Marketing and BD responsibilities
    * Follow-up with field executives for status of client interaction and inspections
    * Market Penetration and Business Development.
    * Preparation of market reports, detailed business projects.
    * Collate and maintain all past, present and future sales plans and opportunities.
    * Corporate presentation to Corporates/ Customers.
    * Marketing of logistic, warehousing, spaces and services

    Sales Responsibilities
    * Assist the sales effort in all possible ways and to all possible extent.
    * Handling any deviations/ exceptions with regard to bookings.
    * Manage and maintain sales & marketing targets and deadlines.
    * Analyze the sales process to attain higher business results and goals.
    * Log all transactions /enquires and attend to all the queries with regard to them.
    * Develop MIS and weekly reports on business status.
    * Set, review and revise sales targets, and ensure adherence.
    * Drive all marketing initiatives.
    * Handling any queries/ escalations regarding the project/ milestones/ payments.
    * Handling/ Ensuring Walk in Customers at the Sales Office are provided/ attended to immediately.

    Additional responsibilities :
    * Ensure target adherence.
    * Internal Coordination for dealing with exceptions/ objections if any.
    * Generation of Sales MIS daily. Meeting Business targets through effective counseling and selling skills.
    * Drive all marketing initiatives.
    * Provide key inputs on the trends and market requirements.

    Desired Profile :
    * Should be Graduate. MBA’s will get preference.
    * Impeccable written and oral English
    * Experience in preparation of feasibility reports/project appraisals
    * Good negotiation skills.
    * Positive attitude towards work.
    * Presentable
