Job Description :
* To coordinate with Design Consultants, Project Execution Team.
* To monitor Construction Execution.
* To analyze Reports from Site and report to Management.
* Resource Mobilization including Labour Mobilization
* To support project execution team with modern construction techniques, to provide drawings in time to project execution team.
* Monitor actual progress versus scheduled progress.
* Prepare budget, cost analysis and ensure project remains within budgetary parameters.
* Oversee the monthly client billing & technical issues.
To estimate detail cost of each activities and suggest ways to reduce cost.
To plan weekly / Monthly activity program.
Scheduling, Monitoring & tracking the whole Project.
Knowledge of Primavera and other related softwares.

Desired Profile :
* Candidate should be BE/B.Tech.- Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering
* Should have 2 to 3 years experience in direct execution of projects
* Should have hands on experience in planning, scheduling & monitoring projects.
* Able to review / prepare contract programs and progress reports, resources and cost analysis, delay analysis, cost and method study.
* Should be able to handle professional challenges.
* Should have good communication Skills.
* Should be a good team player.

Minor Project Undertaken
1. Fire fighter ladder :-
We made a fully joystick controllable platform with telescopic ladder for multiple utility. It is freely moving platform in which the ladder is track able as it height can be adjusted as well as its length can be extended, the mechanism is mostly motorized except for angle changing.

2. Solar Chimney :-
Solar chimneys are painted black so that they absorb the sun's heat more easily and efficiently. When the air inside the chimney is heated, it rises and pulls cold air out from under the ground via the heat exchange tubes. A principle has been proposed for solar power generation, using a large greenhouse at the base rather than relying solely on heating the chimney itself.

A thermal power station is a power plant in which the prime mover is steam driven. Water is heated, turns into steam and spins a steam turbine which either drives an electrical generator or does some other work, like ship propulsion.
