C-1. GM (Finance & Accounts) :
Chartered Accountant with 10 yrs exp. in the field. Fully conversant with accounting / auditing standards, conversion to IFRS systems. Knowledge of direct /indirect taxes, dealing with banks and financial institutions. Preference will be given to those who have handled IPO and FDI funding.
C–2. DGM (Commercial) :
Should be an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants. Should have proven track record of more than 10 years of experience in dealing with Banks ; Financial Institutions; vendor management ; Govt. Regulatory bodies on all matters having financial implications, Taxation matters and assist the Corporate Management in effective Financial Management. Personnel from government agencies retired or working will be preferred.
C–3. Company Secretary (CS) :
Candidates with required qualification and exp of 10 yrs in the related field. Preference will be given to persons having additional qualification in LLB (Law) and who have handled IPO.
C–4. Officer A/C Accountants :
B. Com (H) with 3 to 5 yrs exp. in handling company accounts, TDS, I.Tax, Service Tax, Payroll accounting, preparation of balance sheet and filling of various returns, dealing with banks. Full knowledge of Tally, Excel, ERP/SAP.
C–5. Manager-Sales & Marketing :
MBA in marketing with 5 yrs exp. and other requirements mentioned as above.
