    J2EE Architect

    Experience :
    - 8 Yrs in the IT industry with at least 5 yrs in J2EE technology area
    - In the above experience, the candidate should have been the architect in two applications from inception to implementation

    Qualification :
    - BE (CS) or equivalent degree from a reputed university

    Concepts & Practices :
    - Through understanding of OOPs
    - Strong foundation in UML and design principles
    - Should have a definite foundation in database technology, regardless of the databases used
    - Should have proven project leading capabilities

    Technology :
    · JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, ORM, LDAP
    · Usage of Log4J, XML, XSL and XSLT and ANT
    · Any Industry standard application server usage
    · Object Modeling in UML with any industry standard tools
    · Data Modeling in ER with any standard tool

    Design :
    · Through knowledge of industry standard design strategies
    · Application of presentation layer, business tier and data tier design patterns
    · Knowledge of various application server performances and capabilities
    · Should understand the technology choices and have the ability to debate between various design choices
