Requirements

BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA or equivalent
4-6 Yrs
Experience as lead architect on large-scale product or enterprise applications within a consulting environment and / or product company.

Technical skills : Expert in at least one popular enterprise technology (.NET or COM+/J2EE/CORBA) or proprietary middleware platforms like TUXEDO. Specifically should have good understanding of Transactions, Messaging, and other enterprise services provided in middleware stack. Expertise in OOAD and proficiency in any popular OOP languages as well as knowledge of standard enterprise frameworks and design patterns is a must. Must have knowledge of full life cycle Software Engineering processes. Should possess strong CS background with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Proven success in leading and motivating large distributed global teams. Ability to articulate effect of technology on business, excellent customer facing skills.

Role

Oversee multiple projects. Provide guidance in architecting the business solution. Provide valuable and expert technical advice on specified projects. Provide technical guidance to project teams, troubleshoot and own responsibility for all technical issues / clarifications.

Provide pre-sales support on new accounts. Assists in maintaining and expanding existing accounts. Responsible for grooming technical people inside the DU and creating next layer at each position. Establish rapport and partner with global project leadership and technical leadership over multiple projects.
