The project includes software that maintains the information related with the training of the employees. It is mainly used by the HR dept. Its front-end (Designing) was Visual Basic 6.0 and Back-end was MS ACCESS.

1) Presently working with Reliance Infrastructure Limited (through third party-
RHRS as Trainee in Corporate HR Department from October 2010 – Till Date.
Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing & pre-screening the candidates from search engines
- Shortlisting suitable candidates
- Interacting with candidates
- Giving requirements to consultants & following up with them
- Co-ordinating with consultants
- Preparing memo for medical invoice & consultant invoice
- Preparing proposals for selected candidates
- Maintaining MIS for recruitment
- Scheduling interviews
- Conducting preliminary rounds of interview
- Evaluating performance of the candidates during interview
- Preparing appointment letters & medical letters
- Taking care of interview & joining formalities
