Hello Sir,

I am Shanti Pandey from Vizag.

I am 22 year old and am working as a customer service executive in HSBC vizag, since last two years. I have worked for UK and US customers as collections agent and as an application tester (testing).

I have done, both my schooling and college from Vizag and hence can speak telugu fluently. I can speak three languages: English, Hindi and Telugu.

I have just completed my exams in M.A English literature,in correspondense form Andhra University and am waiting for my results.

I have completed B.Sc with maths, physics and computers as my subjects form Visakha womens college with 76% as my score and intermediate from St. Ann's college, Vizag with 83% as the score. I have compleated my schooling form Maris Stella school with a score of 81%.

Right from my childhood I was intrested in hostings shows and always wanted to be a news presenter or an anchor.

I am a fresher to this field, but have hosted shows in my school and even at office as a part of my hobby. My other intrests are reading books and watching TV and net surfing.

I am a quick learner and grasp things very fast. I am a team player and always make sure to give my best every time. I am very talkitive and cheerful by nature and hence mingle with people very easily and make friends faster.

I would be glad if I get an oppurtunity to work with your deemed organisation as I am sure this would help me to grow personally and professionally. I would for sure give my best and would contribute to thebest of my abilities in the progess of the company.
