We are looking for .NET DEVELOPERS with good command in the following :
Tregona Consulting, a cutting edge consulting organization, is looking for two .NET software development engineers with experience in Microsoft Outlook integration development including Outlook plug-in and Microsoft Word development. The position will initially focus on development of mail merge functionality between MS word and Microsoft Outlook. Additional development will focus in the area of connection to web services, initiation of application from Outlook and databases for storage of and mailing initiation information. We are looking for a solid MS Word/VB.NET developer to design new and support existing MS Office Based merge Tools.
Software development and de-bugging skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong project management skills Analytic ability in order to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions Demonstrated ability to establish clear goals and formulate plans to achieve them Self-motivation and flexibility Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as working effectively in a team environment Experience in application integration development, and
specifically Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

* Knowledge of development to outlook plugins, someone who can come in and provide guidance integrating MS Word merge solution into Outlook so that solution nicely interfaces with Outlook.
* Understand Outlook and MS word plugins.
* Want to create a service that can plug into a variety of mail merge solutions.
* Visual Basic
* Active Directory.

Required general technical skills and experience :

* 2-3 years .NET applications development experience .
* 4+ years web development experience.

Must demonstrate proficiency with the following is preferred :

* Microsoft .NET (Visual Studio, ASP.NET).
* Layered Development Architecture.
* Windows Workflow Foundation.
* Strong foundation in object-oriented programming.
* Strong debugging skills in an n-tier application
* Able to support development standards based on disciplined process experience.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-starter that can work well in a team environment.
* Proactive issue resolution with a positive attitude.
* College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Desired Profile :

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of work on similar application on a Global Scale. Experience with Visual Studio, VB.NET, Web Services, XML and .NET COM is mandatory. VBA would be a major plus.

MAJOR PROJECT-
Topic : Document Management System
Description : This project aims at lowering down of the load of company to maintain employee records such as name, Id, address, salary etc. It also maintains security by considering the employees permission. Through this different types of searching can be performed such as searching through name, employee id, city etc. In this project Editor is being used through which any employee can perform update, delete and submit operation according to its permission. Different Ajax Controls are used to make it better for a company. We have used different types of validation rules to control the project so that no problem occurs. Regarding the security of documents we have used password for any PDF document to open if after the employee has successful authentication until the password is not mentioned the document can’t be opened. Secondly as soon as the employer is successfully login he or she will receive the confirmation message. Thirdly we are planning to apply face reorganization too for security purposes.
