POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• The candidate must have created (Creative Design - Photoshop) and integrated (Dreamweaver - HTML) at least 3 websites with valid CSS / XHTML design.
• Ability to create user interfaces from written requirements, with minimal or no supervision.
• Execute designs based on established style guides (and maintain style guides) and participate in design presentations.
• AJAX and JavaScript would be a plus.

KEY SKILLS:
The candidate must possess the following skills.
• Should be extremely creative
• Create visual graphical design, including typography, visual concept, composition, layout, color for websites and web applications
• Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Fireworks is required.
• Knowledge of Action Scripting.
• Experience using content management systems is recommended.
• Solid understanding of Web production process.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; strong communication skills.
• A sharp eye for content, close attention to detail, excellent self-motivation.
