The Basis of Developing the Software is to make use of Daily reporting and updation taken from our clients. Since the Organization is dealing with Both Hardware and Software Solutions, So that the daily Call Logging and Call Updation taken out with the BMS Modules.
The main highlighting area of the Software is the SMS Process and The Authentication and Login Information. Whenever the Call logs in the software for any client, suddenly an SMS fires to the Client and Our Employee (Attending the Call) regarding their Logging ID and the problem.
