RITES Ltd. is an ISO-9001 certified International multi-disciplinary Consultancy organization rendering
comprehensive professional services in various sectors including Metro Rail Systems, Railways, Highways,
Airports, Ports & Harbour.
RITES is providing the Consultancy Services for implementation of Metro Rail Project in Bangalore, Delhi,
Mumbai, and Kolkata.
RITES require dynamic and result oriented professionals for engagement on CONTRACT basis in the
following disciplines at various levels for Bangalore Metro Rail Projects. Candidates have good prospects of
growth in the company.
Candidates who are working with Government Departments/bodies and PSUs may not attend the Walk-ininterviews
unless they are willing to resign from their present organization and work on contract basis. A
candidate desirous of working on deputation basis may apply separately through proper channel to

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS.
1. Qualification
SN Level Minimum Qualification.
1 R1 to R5 Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
2 R6 Degree/Diploma in concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Relaxed standard in educational qualification can be considered for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per company
rules.
2. Experience:
(a) For candidates having Degree in concerned Engineering discipline

(b) For candidates having Diploma in concerned discipline. The requirement of experience for
Diploma holders shall be 5 year additional to that indicated above for the Degree holders.
3. Remuneration
Remuneration on appointment on contract basis shall be dependent upon technical qualification,
number of years of relevant experience and quality thereof and other relevant aspects.
4. Instructions/Notes
a. Physically fit and mentally agile candidates below the age of 64 years having adequate experience may
be considered.
b. Relaxed standards of educational qualification can be considered for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per
Govt. of India rules.
c. The experience is post qualification and minimum required. Teaching and any kind of training/trainer
experience shall not be considered towards post qualification experience.
d. Candidates already selected on the basis of advertisement for Walk in Interviews for working with
RITES on contract basis are not eligible to apply. Further candidates who have attended such
interviews in past but not appointed shall also be ineligible to apply.
e. The contract employment shall be initially for a period of one year extendable further till completion of
the project.
f. The candidates must bring their bio-data giving details of (1) Vacancy Code No. and job Title*, (2)
Name, (3) Father’s / Husband’s name, (4) Date of Birth, (5) Present Address, Telephone no., E-mail,
(6) Permanent Address (7) Category-Gen./SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex.SM with certificate except for General
Category, (8) Educational / Professional Qualifications, (9) No. of years of experience, (10) Service
details (11) Details of RITES walk in Interviews attended in past. Application format is available in

*N.B. A candidate will be considered only for one post for which he/she has best qualification and
experience.”
g. The applicants should bring Original Marks Sheets, Degrees and Certified of experience, and other
testimonials, proof of identity and permanent residence, references from 2 Gazetted officers, Employer
Certified last pay slip and two recent passport size photographs. Candidates not having Original Marks
Sheets, Degrees and other testimonials will not be interviewed.
h. No train/bus fare / TA / DA shall be payable.
