Job Description :
* Data Mining in respect of identification of potential Investment Bankers and proposals.
* Private Equity Placements, Fund Raising, etc
* Preparation of Pitch Book / Presentation (power point or otherwise) for the potential investors
* Initiate dialogue with the investors - how the mandates are handled, procedure, time-tables, budgeting / costing, eligibility, feasibility of proposed mandate etc.
* Make pitch / presentation (the 1st Meeting) to the potential investors and generate interest for second level of meetings at senior level, if required.
* Initial discussions on the indicative commercial terms of the prospective transaction(s).
* Maintaining relationships with the potential target for showing them various ideas / options / prospects in various other activities in the Group.
* Close co-ordination with the execution team for deal processing / transaction execution.
* Maintaining relationships with Institutions, like Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Companies, Private Equity / Venture Funds.
Detailed Description :
* 4-5 years in PE /Investment Banking
* Good analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice
* Strong technical skills, including a very good working knowledge of corporate tax
* Strong writing and reporting skills
* Ability to identify and evaluate risk
