Job description : Senior Design / Coordination Architect with exposure / hands on experience in Residential, Commercial & Hospitality Projects including International Star Category Hotel projects with minimum 10 years of work experience.
Detailed Description :
* Candidate should have experience in coordination with External Architects (Building Design, Landscaping), Interior Designers, and Structural & Services (MEP) Consultants for Design & Execution of Residential, Commercial & Hospitality Projects including International Star Category Hotel projects
* Candidate should be well versed with the design development and complete architectural & constructional detailing & coordination with different agencies along with understanding the needs & requirements of the Project and getting it executed at site to the desired level.
* Candidate with experience of full life cycle of project (i.e. Concept to Completion) is preferable.
* Candidate should be familiar with latest construction technologies, products & materials.
* Candidate should be able to work out the schedules for the project & develop the visual schemes (2D & 3D) along with the project reports & presentations.
* The individual is expected to go on regular site-visits for :
* Design coordination
*Inspection & approval of mock-up + workmanship + materials
* Quality checks
* Giving instructions at site to achieve the desired results envisaged in the design
* Candidate should have aptitude for Costing-Budgeting & Value Engineering aspect of Design.
* Candidate should possess knowledge of Development Plan & General Development Control Rules of relevant Development Authority in order to make the Project Design compliant to the statutory Bylaws and make optimum utilization of FSI, Ground Coverage, Height & other critical provisions of Bylaws
