Job Description :

*To oversee export and import operations. Ensuring compliance with all Export/Import regulations of the industry.
*Effective liaison with government and semi government authorities viz. customs for ensuring compliance, obtaining approvals with documentation and other statutory requirements.
*Coordinating with Custom House Agents, C & F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances.
*Directing the functions of receipts, inspection, storage, issuses & related documentation, contracts and bill processing.
*Overseeing the dispatch of finished products to client locations; ensuring adherence to documentation.
*Preparing documents for de-bonding from bonded warehouse and High Sea Sales transactions.
*MIS reports on freight, Packing Material, Inventory Movement, Scrap Analysis,Billing Status, Quality Reports and Delivery Performance.
* Expediting Local and Import materials

Qualifications Profile :

* Knowledge on indirect taxes, documentation (pre & post shipment formalities), Import and Export documentation process.
* Experience in liaising with Customs / Ministry of new and renewable Energy / AEPC / Forex. Banking / RBI and other regulatory authorities.
* Knowledge of M S Office suite and SAP system (preferable).
* Ability to successfully solve issues pertaining to Import and Export.
* Holds qualification in Export & Import Management from reputed institute

Qualification :
* Post Graduation in International Trade (PGDIT) / Post Graduation in Foreign Trade Management

Experience :
* 2 to 4 years experience
