- Interfacing with customer/channel partners for all service & support including trouble shooting, quality issue
- Ensuring the adherence to manufacturing norms, technical assistance to dealer’s Mechanic as per requirement, Customer training.
- Handling all aspects of warranty policies and monitoring renovation at dealership to equip them with trained Service team.
- BCCL, BSNL, BTPS, CTPS, HPCL, CFRI, CMRI, Reliance Infocom, Reliance Telecom, East Central Railway, ISP, Acc Cement, Regent Drugs, INSILCO Ltd, TT Ltd, ITC Etc.
- Developed systems for distribution of engine owner ship among all engineers as per their capability and specialisation / skills.
- Rectified the Continuous problem of Self starter failure in C-Series due to which many breakdown occurred.
- Complete overhauling of 750 KVA to 1250 KVA Gensets at site. Recommended to do at Pune only by Cummins diesel sales & service because it is HHP engine. Minimised the down time period and after O/H all engines are running satisfactorily without any breakdown.
