SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST :
The Shams Group, (TSG) is seeking System Implementation Analysts who can support servers using Windows 2000 - 2003 and SQL Server 2000, and can resolve issues in a timely manner both in-house and at customer sites. Position is responsible for installing company software at sites via PC Anywhere or Terminal Services at remote sites. Position also needs to be available for 24/7 on-call support. Successful candidates must possess 2+ years of Windows NT 2000 administrative experience and 2 years of SQL Server 2000 administrative experience, along with good communication skills and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of BackupExec, PCAnywhere, IIS, Component Services, Configure SQL XML supporting IIS, MSXML parser knowledge and Analysis Service is a plus.

Candidate must have a sound knowledge of the Meditech system and its Applications and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the health care Industry and/or hospital. All other Financial and Clinical background and experience in a Hospital setting is a plus.
Qualified candidate must possess proficiency in Meditech, the MS Office suite and excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills. Additional skill set requirements : Project implementation & management, support & training experience related to the field is required.
The product specialist will liaise with developers on software bugs and enhancements, perform quality assurance, perform client training & write technical documentation. This position has some travel involved.
