    HR Executive will be responsible for Talent Search, Conducting Campus Placement in Universities & Colleges, Employee Recruitment, Payroll interface, Conducting Training sessions, Employee Meetings, Manage Performance system .

    HR Executive should have


    Should be very fluent in English
    Should have very good spoken and written communication skills
    Should be able to deliver Placement seminars in universities & colleges
    Should good knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint and Internet
    Ready to learn new technologies

    Employment Record Check : Validates the information provided by the candidate with respect to his /her previous employment. Validated information can include designation, tenure of employment, nature of exit (voluntary / involuntary) and CTC.
    - Initiation of Case –Through Web Search like MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and Tele-calling.
    - Calling -up to the Human resource department for confirming about the candidate, and taking the concern person e-mail Id.
