Job Description :

* You must be expert using programs like Adobe Flash, Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc
* Proposing client’s marketing or informational content into a functional website.
* Analyze web site and website's structural content.
* Preparing, Generating, Editing & Managing images and graphics for website use.
* Creating templates of approved website layout.
* Developing website using HTML or GUI design software.
* Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts.
* Designing of highly professional looking website layouts, Banners, Brochures, Flyers, flash animations, LOGOs.
* Proficient in layout designing and converting them to XTHML/HTML/CSS
* Should be expert in speaking & writing in English.

Desired Profile :

* Candidate must have minimum 4+ Years of experience.
* Able to work independently
* Excellent Communication, organizational & Presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Dream weaver & Flash (Action scripting will be an added advantage).
* Good understanding of usability and usability testing Good knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Style Sheets (CSS) Keen eye for details CorelDraw, Illustrator.
* Proven Leadership in managing a technical team at various levels and disciplines.
* Serve as a technical resource to others and act as a coach and mentor
* Provide detailed current knowledge of user interface and usability design concepts for Web-based applications
* Be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* Team oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to effectively prioritize multiple urgent requests
* Utilize excellent attention to detail
