* 3+ years of application architecture and development experience as an individual contributor
* 2+ years of proven track record of delivering innovative enterprise products on tight schedules
* 1+ years of experience and knowledge of at least one enterprise system (Oracle, SAP, MSFT)
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
* Strong communication skills - verbal and written
* Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
