1. Senior EHS Program Manager: Mumbai, Maharashtra; will consider Vapi, Gujarat.

As EHS Program Manager for Setu, your objectives will be to align with Setu’s core values: help companies with mySetu EHS EIS to ensure profitable growth, set and attain ambitious goals and execute to win. You will work on multi-disciplinary EHS project teams and conduct business with uncompromising integrity. You will deliver project management support to Setu clients internally and externally, maximizing customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities with Preferred Skills and Experience include with these responsibilities may be modified and other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business:

[LIST][*]Conduct customer workshops to identify EHS requirements[*]Develop mySetu EHS strategies for clients[*]Ensure quality and customer satisfaction[*]Develop and identify engagement risks, resources, roles and assumptions[*]Capture customer feedback and identify additional customer needs[*]Develop functional and implementation specifications[*]Coordinate and facilitate all training efforts needed for the services[*]At least five years of experience operating in an EHS manager role on enterprise-wide projects[*]Data management experience[*]Excellent client-facing skills including the ability to meet clients' needs, resolve issues, and keep clients informed and satisfied in an evaluation engagement[*]Good oral and written communication skills[*]Strong analytical and problem resolution skills[*]Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management or Information Systems[*]Enterprise software implementation experience[*]MBA, with preferred focus on Environmental Management and/or sustainability[*]Experience with Microsoft Office[*]Preferred exposure to Enterprise software or mySetu products and solution[/LIST]
