    Experience : 8-10 Yrs (with a reputed organization having strength of 4000-5000 employees).
    Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Administrative laws or other corporate laws
    Key Skills : The incumbent should have sound knowledge of handling administration (Maintenance, House Keeping, Security, Purchase, Vendor development and Liasioning etc.)
    Commanding attitude, strong personality, effective communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Experience of handling legal matters and liasion with Government, PSUs & private authorities will be an additional advantage.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :-
    - Responsible for Marketing & sales of OEM VR and SPARES.
    - Operate MSIL Extranet, GMI Covisint & Nissan EDI System.
    - Receiving sales order and reviewing for capability
    - Handling customer enquiries and send the quotation.
    - Co-ordination with Material Division, Stores etc. for Scheduling, Packing, Dispatch and other Logistic matters for OEM’s as well as Spare Market.
    - Ensure delivery as per Customer E- Nagare Schedule requirement.
    - Preparation of Monthly Schedule.
    - To be ready with contingency plans to avoid line shut down & Short Deliveries.
    - Purchase Order and Monthly Schedule upload in ERP System.
    - Preparation of MRM presentation.
    - Maintain the FIFO & 5S in FG area.
    - Coordinate with all other departments for smooth dispatches
    - Managing customer centric operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
    - Interfacing with business for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solutions / products and cultivating relations with them for retention & securing repeat business.
