Position : Logistics Incharge / Coordinator / Executive
Location : Patna / Ranchi / M.P. / Chhattisgarh / Punjab / U.P. / Delhi – NCR / Kolkata / North-East
Experience : 1- 5 Yrs.
Qualification : MBA / Master Degree / PG Diploma / Graduate
Key Skills : The incumbent should have Sound experience in field of warehousing/ Logistics (Inbound & outbound), Supply Chain & vendor management.
Capable of plan & handle average dispatches of 20-40 sites per day.
Must have the knowledge of various documents related to material dispatch.
Capable of handling a team of 20-25 employees and must have strong commanding, leadership, Interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Should be capable to work under pressure and ensure effective Resource management.
Must have basic knowledge of computers.

Credit Control Responsibilities

Reducing the debit note which most of the time c’lient issues
And resolving the problem of D/N & cross checked with our
Billing department regarding weight & rate differences
Proper feedback of daily collection & mailing –
Correspondence to the HOD
Review the company credit procedure and develop and Implement enhancements where required. To manage the Outstanding sales balance falling due and contract customer
Before the balance become overdue to confirm payments Set and monitor credit limits where required, initiate proceeding. To ensure outstanding debts are bought to as satisfactory conclusion.
