    Job Description
    A Regional Manager at Printo is the next in command after the senior management team. He / she overlooks multiple Areas, each spanning at least Printo 3-4 stores. The Regional Manager is in effect the CEO of the region, with full P&L and operations responsibility.

    Responsibilities
    - Manage the operations of a geographical region through a team of Area Managers
    - Responsible for the sales and P&L of the business region
    - Lead and manage a retail team of over 150 employees - overlooking recruitment, training and development
    - Develop new areas with region and oversee store launches
    - Manage recruitment drives in new cities across before Printo store launches
    - Oversee regional support teams of vendor management, IT support, Training and HR

    Desired Candidate Profile
    At least 10 years experience, of which a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in either the retail industry, a high serve sector or a customer facing environment.
