The responsibility includes the entire magnitude of Service & Support Management for our Corporate and Enterprise Customers.

Customer Support Engineers (New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai & Hyderabad) - 1 to 3 years of experience in supporting Printer / Plotter / Desktop / Laptop / Server Products with strong knowledge of technology, troubleshooting, excellent communication ability & skill to address customer desires. Fresher’s who have completed hardware training can also apply for trainee engineer post.

Call Coordinators (New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai & Hyderabad) - Up to 1 years of experience on best quality sales or service coordination. Fresher can also apply who has superior communication competence (Female Candidates Only).
