** Preparation of Erection schemes.
** Mobilization of materials to Site and preparation of site completion schedule.
** Assessment of contractor’s performance based on deployment of manpower and Plant & Machinery.
** Erection of Transfer points, conveyors, trestles and calculate weights of Structures including plates, Bolts, Welding length (Mts), width (mm),chutes and their Mechanical equipments like pulleys, motor etc.
** Preparation of bill of materials.
** Preassembly and Erection of 2-way conveyor gallery’s.
** Procuring steel consumables and materials.
** Execution stage wise inspection.
** Co-ordination with client/ consultant for inspection of structures and mechanical equipment.
** Preparation of Daily and Weekly progress report and Attending Meeting with Client and take their suggestions.
