» BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in planning of all activities in the construction of residential and commercial buildings

2.General Manager – Quality & Safety

What you should possess
» BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in quality control and safety in the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings
» Good knowledge of the latest techniques, codes (Indian and foreign) etc., is essential.

3.General Manager – Constructions

What you should possess
» BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in the execution of medium and high-rise residential and commercial buildings, from start to finish
» Should have good knowledge of all MEP services, latest construction practices, installation of construction machinery, and preparation of maintenance manuals and method statement of works
» Should have a proven track record of achieving targets as per schedule duly maintaining quality, cost and timelines and guiding the execution team to meet deadlines.
