JOB PROFILE
- Inwarding & Scrutinizing Trading & Demat Account opening forms in their respective Branches & Franchisee.
- Processing of KYC related documents of franchisee & Branches customers.
- Ensure the account opening forms are complete in all respect & forward to the concern department.
- Preparation & Maintain of MIS as required by the Superiors.
- Ensuring the Daily pay-in /Payout of Funds and Securities and follow-up with franchisees and branches.
- Debit follow up and Passing Journal Voucher/cheque entry in intranet for Cash & FNO segment.
- Off market processing (take the approval from RMS and confirmed with clients)
- Co-ordination with all Franchisee & Branches regarding AOF deficiency & Query.
- Personally meet the client & verify the documents with the original. This would include travelling to clients address
- Ensure queries raised to account opening is addressed & resolved in prescribed TAT
- Ensure the AOF are provided on time to Alternate Channel as & when required. Maintaining the stock of AOF.
- Suggest TAT reduction measures based on customer feedback
- Six month also worked in at Kalbadevi branch as a Branch Co-Ordinatore with HSBC InvestDirect Securities ( India ) Ltd.
Worked with "Sharekhan.com" as an Sales Co-coordinator for all over India from June 2004 to March 2006
