- Title : “Comparative Studies of Ns3 Protease of HCV and Dengue Virus as
Drug Novel Target- A Computational Approach”,
- Location : Spar Technologies, Chennai.
- The Aim of this project, the utilized to model a NS3 protease in Dengue virus. And the drug to treat Hepatitis C is used to inhibit Dengue viral activity.
- This can be done by docking studies of NS3 protease with VX-950 (Vertex / Mitsubishi).
- QSAR studies of the ligands are also compared with other similar compounds (analogues) of VX-950 and the activity can be predicted accurately.
