- Worked for erection and commissioning of Dm plant and pre treatment plant which includes Actiflo, Sludge handling system ,PSF,Micron cartridge filter,R.O ,ULTRA FILTRATION, Degasser And Mixed Bed.
- Relocation of chemistry department from Mangalore to Kakinada.
- Knowledge of both manual and PLC based operation of DM plant.
- Operations, Maintenance, troubleshooting and process control of pre treatment & Dematerialized Water Treatment plant its regeneration, Waste water treatment & Chemistry control systems of combined cycle Power Plant (capacity of 2 X 34 MW & 4X 20 MW)
- Independently handling DM plant having capacity of total 2 steams X 34 M3/hr DM water prior to that worked with 4 X20M3/Hr .
- To Provide specialist support and guidance for the effective Quality management and optimization of the water /steam cycle chemistry by analysing and monitoring of Raw Water, Clarified Water, DM Water, Condensate Return, Feed Water, Boiler Water, HP Steam, LP Steam etc connected with Power Plant.
