-Sonalika group is one of the top automobile & agricultural machinery manufactures in India. Apart from tractors its product line includes Multi Utility Vehicle, Three wheelers, Engines, Generators, Cranes and various farm equipments.
Role :
- Providing new feature in tractor, Design of component as per requirement, review of design made and responsible for the design implementation from the stage of drawing release to the levels of Testing, validation, PRE-ERN, ERN, ISA, and up to the SOP with DII.
- Planning for the project taken by management as per the plan format from the stage of feasibility study to SOP.
- Improvement in tractors on request from the service department, marketing agencies, and the team of product development.
MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED
Title - IMPLEMENATION OF HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC TRAILER BRAKE
-This project taken up for providing brakes in Trolley or additional attachments made with tractors.
Specially in export to meet the norms in their country it is mandatory to have tractor with such feature, so separate linkage mechanism designed, changes made to add compressor, pipe routings, hydraulics valve adopted to make it feasible.
Title –FEATHERING VALVE IMPLEMENTATION TO AVOID SERVICEABILITY ISSUE
-This project taken up for avoiding the serviceability issue from customer end.
Different colour coding is provided to sub parts having almost same shape and size for proper identification to avoid servicebility issue and design of sub parts made simple.
Title –GARDENTRAC TRACTOR
-This project regarding to make a tractor for orchard application having 3-cyl. engine with 500 kg. hydraulic lifting capacity.
Three point linkages, hydraulic operating system and pipe routing designed for this tractor.
Title –NEW HYDRAULIC LIFT
-This project regarding is to make a new hydraulic lift for gardentrac tractor.
Design new hydraulic lift for gardentrac tractor as per benchmarking of competitor tractor (on progress).
Title – ECONOMICAL POWER STEERING SYSTEM
-This project has been taken for the reducing the cost of power steering system provided in tractors.
This project resulted in design of new Axle Beam, Hydraulic Cylinder and Steering Unit, Tank and routings to make system compact.
Integration of Steering System like steering unit, and Mounting Brackets Tank and Pipes has been modified.
Title – TIPPING TRAILER IMPLEMENTATION IN 3-CYL. MODELS
-This project has been taken for providing auxiliary hydraulic line for lifting and lowering the tipping trailer with any movement of draw bar.
This project resulted in design of new spool tipping trailer, adopter tipping trailer and knob tipping trailer arrangement for operating the tipping trailer.
