    * Understanding of Channel Management processes.
    * Ability to close accounts, sense new market opportunities.
    * Knowledge of Franchise Business, E-learning target market & the competition.
    * Ability to connect well with the marketing department.
    * Ability to devise Channel marketing and Distribution strategies.
