    * Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Channel management. European / U.S. national with relevant experience and currently residing in India preferred.
    * MBA/MMS/PGDBM (Marketing) or equivalent.
    * MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, Web search.
    * Excellent sale track record.
    * Understanding of Channel Management processes.
    * Ability to close accounts, sense new market opportunities.
    * Knowledge of Franchise Business, E-learning target market & the competition.
    * Ability to connect well with the marketing department.
    * Ability to devise Channel marketing and Distribution strategies.
