Development Engineer,Wastewater Engineering

Your tasks :

* Plan and conduct research and development projects within the area of wastewater engineering
* Develop and implement new technologies relating specifically to wastewater applications
* Ensure obligations are met with regard to environmental protection in accordance with global environmental guidelines
* Assist with approval procedures and documentation
* Conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors
* Participate in cross-functional development projects
* Provide product support for technical field staff and sales teams in response to procedural queries relating to development engineering
* Prepare training and machine/system documentation
* Safeguard compliance with quality standards and quality policy, in addition to contributing proactively to continuous improvement process

Your qualification :

* Engineering degree with an emphasis on Process, Environmental or Wastewater Engineering (New Technologies)
* Several years' experience in electroplating and wastewater engineering as well as in design and optimisation of wastewater systems
* In-depth understanding of European and global wastewater regulations
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Computer literacy in MS Office applications
* Ability to work independently, complemented by communication skills, conscientiousness, creativity and team spirit
* Confidence, composure and commercial awareness
* Strong focus on costs and deadlines
* Willingness to travel worldwide
