Digital marketing-e-mails, keyword/PPC campaigns, search engine marketing, direct mail and similar tactics. Knowledge of the software and technology for these approaches is valuable too. Ability to handle data analysis and research is important. The e-marketing coordinator is responsible for database management, lead generation through email campaigns, qualification of potential accounts, handling “pre-sale” activities, reporting on campaigns and activities, monitoring the promotional products industry and tracking the competition. This position will be measured by the increase in revenue generated from current, past and potential accounts resulting from orders of digitizing, artwork and image editing services. In this role, the e-marketing coordinator reports to the vice president of Graphic Services with a dotted line to the vice president of marketing. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines, detail-oriented and capable of making marketing recommendations.

Position Responsibilities and Essential Duties : (other duties may be assigned)

* Grow Graphic Services revenue cost-effectively through e-marketing campaigns
* Populate a database with partner lists and additional contacts acquired through market research and/or voluntary sign ups
* Maintain the database with details on contacts, campaigns, account status, opt-outs and other critical information; ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM rules
* Work with the vice president of marketing to create effective email campaigns (including messaging, copy and design)
* Work with the vice president of marketing to create relevant landing pages and calls to action
* Work with the vice president of marketing to create pre-sales materials such as e-brochures, price lists, flayers, etc
* Work with the vice president of marketing to create survey materials for current, past and potential accounts and conduct campaigns
* Manage the campaign schedule to ensure consistent communications to target accounts throughout the year
* Hand off accounts to Sales or Account Services as appropriate for follow-up
* Report on campaign statistics, including but not limited to open rates, bounce rates, click-through, conversions rates, revenue generated, etc
* Advise on keyword campaigns and Google Analytics to ensure appropriate tracking and support
* Research potential target partner groups, suppliers and other accounts
* Monitor the promotional product industry for news relevant to the sale of embroidery digitizing, vector artwork and image editing
* Track competitors through market research and report to Graphic Services and marketing leadership
* Request from the appropriate internal personnel guidance, information and support to complete job responsibilities

Education/Experience :

* MBA - Marketing
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience
* Good Knowledge of English-Written and Spoken
* Good Documentation Skills
* Good working Knowledge of MS Excel
* Good Communication Skills
* Good in Client/Customer Interaction
* Able to handle calls with customer/on shore teams
